ABOUT MARKONO

Mr Ng Siow How founded Markono in 1967 and propelled the company to become one of the largest digital printers in Asia. He is currently serving as advisor to the management team at Markono.

Mr. Ng has been actively involved in Community Service. Over the six years as Chairman at Pan-West Pte Limited, Mr. Ng actively raised funds for the community through the organization of several charity golf tournaments.

Mr. Ng also served as the Chairman of Taman Jurong Citizens' Consultative Committee from which he stepped down in 2007 and remains a Patron of the committee.

Richard Hong is the General Manager of Markono Group. He joined the company in 2022 and manages Operations, Facilities as well as Warehouse & Logistics. He has over 25 years of experience in the Operations and Commercial field in manufacturing industries.

Richard brings with him extensive experience from various fields that include Production, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Environment Health & Safety (EH&S), Supply Chain Management, Customer Service/Management, HR and Finance. He is passionate about continually improving processes and effectively increasing teamwork through the positive influence in mindset among his peers. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Supply Chain Management from Curtin University.

Edwin Ng is the Managing Director of Markono Group. Markono is a leading innovator of digital printing services, supply chain solutions, and digital asset management technology to many of the world’s leading publishers and Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining Markono in 2008, he had a career in investment banking in Singapore and Hong Kong.

He supports tripartism in Singapore by serving as the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore National Employers Federation, on the board of TAFEP and on the management council of NTUC Club. He actively contributes to the industry as the Vice-President of the Print and Media Association, Singapore, and in the Committee of the Enterprise 50 Association. He also serves the community as a Patron of Marsiling Citizens’ Consultative Committee and on the Board of the SBF Foundation. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2020 for his contributions.

Edwin holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Summa Cum Laude) from the Singapore Management University and a Master of Business Administration (Honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a passionate aviator and holds a Private Pilot License. He also enjoys golf in his free time.

Jenny Choa joined Markono Print Media Pte Ltd in 2018 as a Sales Manager before being appointed as Associate Commercial Director in 2021.

She has Sales & Account Management professional with more than 16 years in business development, project management, service quality enhancement and provide tailored solutions for business partners from international leading organizations.

She always promotes teamwork and she believes that an united organization is the key to success.

Phay Geok joined Markono as Financial Controller in January 2016. She is an ACCA graduate. Like many accountants, she began her career with a large audit practice in Singapore. She has more than 2 decades of experience in the areas of finance, accounting and treasury with large local enterprises.

Tan Chew Mei is the Associate Supply Chain Director of Markono Logistics Pte Ltd. Having previously worked at a global freight forwarding company, she brings along specialized expertise in Contract Logistics warehouse management. This experience has allowed her to develop her skills in managing complex logistics operations and ensuring efficient supply chain processes.

She is committed to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement in her work. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Logistics Supply Chain Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

She approaches every challenge with a growth mindset and a focus on collaboration, recognizing that working together is key to achieving success in the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of supply chain management.

Benjamin Koh is the Director of Corporate Innovations of Markono Print Media Pte Ltd. He joined the company in 2013 and is responsible for the digital transformation of the company.

Prior to joining Markono, Benjamin served in public service at Spring Singapore where he was responsible for driving development of the printing industry. Benjamin has a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Serene joined Markono in August 2022 as Director for HR & Corporate Affairs. Serene has more than 25 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR in the private and the public sector high-tech organisations, with both local and regional coverage.

She earned her Master degree in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from the Nanyang Technological University.
